All polishes are hand blended by owner in batches. Orders typically take 4-5 business days to process and ship (Monday-Friday). We ship out twice a week. Holidays do not count as business days. YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.
All packages ship from OOO Polish located in Houston, Texas.

When new collections and/or sales are released and due to the high volume of orders, it may take 5-7 business days to process and ship your order.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED IN 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS or during a sale (up to 5-7 business days).
When you receive email confirmation that your order has been fulfilled and shipped, please wait 48-72 hours for tracking information to update.
NOTE: As of 2016, USPS has not been scanning many of my packages as they travel to their destinations. Please know your package was shipped and if tracking has not updated, please understand that if your package does not arrive, we will ship out a replacement. 95% of the time most tracking numbers are updated and delivered in the specified timeframe.
All orders are shipped by USPS with tracking.
According to the USPS website, domestic packages typically take between two to three business days to be delivered.
As of right now, international shipping is available, however, we are unable to provide accurate estimates on delivery time. International customers typically receive their orders within 7 to 14 business days but some orders have taken as long as 20 BUSINESS DAYS.
Tracking numbers for international packages are provided, however, the tracking information provided by the USPS does not update after the parcel has left the United States. This means that the last update you will see about your package before you receive it will be that it has departed the United States. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and will not be able to provide you with any additional information about the whereabouts of your packages.
Longer delays are typically due to the receiving country's customs and import processes.
Import duties, taxes and any additional charges are NOT INCLUDED in the listed shipping charge.
These charges are the buyers responsibility.
Before purchasing, please check with your country's customs office to confirm any additional charges you may encounter.
We kindly ask that all international customers wait at least 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS before contacting us regarding a missing package.
My nail polish arrived broken, what should I do?
We package orders thoroughly to ensure this doesn't happen but every now and then things happen. Although we're not technically responsible for the damage that occurs during transit, we'll be glad to replace your order for free! If this happened to you, please contact us at the tab below.
I never received my package, what should I do?
Please contact us so that we can assist you in trying to track your package. If your package shows delivered, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We are not responsible for misdelivered/lost/stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is a location that you access FREQUENTLY. If your package is misdelivered/lost/stolen please contact your local USPS and file a claim.

OOO Polish collects sales taxes for orders delivered to the State of Texas. We do not charge sales taxes on shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Do you offer refunds?
OOO Polish does not offer refunds, due to public safety concerns. If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, please use the contact us at email@example.com. We will do our best to make you happy!
