Unfortunately, our nail polish bottle supplier sent our shipment too late, and due to the pandemic our shipment is not estimated to arrive until the week of 7/6/2020. As soon as it arrives, we WILL ship out every single order placed with us.
I, as the owner, apologize deeply, this is not the normal shopping experience we’ve provided for over 4 years, and we are incredibly disheartened that we are creating this experience of extended delays for almost a month. We weren’t properly prepared for the influx of support, and received an overwhelming amount orders in a 3 day span.
We are learning a hard and much needed lesson right now. Its hard financially as a very small business to keep constant inventory in stock, especially during a pandemic, but, as a transparent and small brand, its important and the lifeline of our business that we provide our customers with excellent customer service, no excuses, and we did not. We are so sorry for any inconvenience, and we are implementing proper steps to ensure this never happens again.
We are hoping and *crossing our fingers* that our restock of bottles ships soon and we can provide our customers with the proper shopping experience. We humbly ask that you will give us another chance, and we completely understand any frustration in waiting so long and still not receive the products you ordered.
For this mistake, we are having a week long sale when our restock comes in on both our gel and traditional shades and we will not have any inventory issues.
