We sincerely apologize for any delays you are experiencing, we are a super small business and unfortunately, our bottle supplier is experiencing significant delays due to the pandemic and labor shortage and also trying to fulfill a high volume of orders, which include ours. We kindly and graciously ask for your patience as our normal processing times (up to 7 business days) will be longer than normal. As soon as our bottles arrive, we will get all recent orders out as soon as possible.
We understand how frustrating this can be, and we take this issue very serious as it’s a failure on our part when we can’t provide your products in the timeframe specified.
